I am consistently horrified by the Left continuing to prop up indefensible positions that they clearly have not examined and which they yield in an effort to convince anyone to hate their enemy. It should not be this hard to make a real case against a bad politician and not as hard again to gain rather than lose votes within months of his legal trouble. This must be why they resort to Ad Hominem and why they cling tenaciously to a poorly reasoned set of cultural delusions that are so at odds with commonsense. There is a direct correlation between how unqualified Trump is (and yet how successful) and how irrational, reactive and immutable the Left is about contrived cultural "issues."
